Understanding changes everything.
A calmer, safer space for you and your dog to practise, connect and grow together.
Is this familiar?
“The moment another dog appears, my dog reacts.”
“Every walk feels like something I need to prepare for.”
“I love my dog, but I feel exhausted, frustrated or ashamed sometimes.”
“I am trying — but it still feels overwhelming.”
You are not alone. Your dog is not difficult — they may be navigating a world that feels too big, fast or intense for their nervous system.
Structured group walks
Space to practise
Small groups create a calm environment where every dog and person can work at their own pace — without pressure or judgement.
Real-life skills
We practise calm leash walking, neutral reactions around other dogs, recall, focus, impulse control and emotional regulation.
Practical details
1–1.5 hours, once per month on Saturday. Location and investment are shared when the next walk is announced.
What we practise together
Everyday skills, practised in a calm natural environment — one step at a time.
Calm walking
Build more ease and connection while walking on the leash.
Neutrality
Practise being around other dogs without adding pressure.
Focus & recall
Strengthen your dog’s ability to stay connected with you in a natural environment.
Impulse control
Work with pauses, choices and emotional regulation in real situations.
Confidence
Give both dog and human space to learn, without judgement.
A different starting point
🐾
Understanding first
We look beyond the behaviour to understand what your dog may be communicating.
🧭
Connection, not control
The aim is not perfection, but more stability, confidence and connection.
🌿
Safe practice
Structured walks give dogs space to be around others without pressure or judgement.
🏡
Real life
We work on the everyday skills that can make walks feel easier again.
🤝
Small groups
Every dog and owner has room to work at their own pace, with guidance.

Always learning
Lena continues her education in behaviour, communication and nervous-system regulation with dog behaviour coach Nina.
Hi, I’m Lena.
Dog Guide Lena grew from my journey with Snuf, my working-line German Shepherd. His world often felt loud and overwhelming, and learning to guide him calmly meant learning to regulate myself too. Today I am continuing my education with experienced dog behaviour coach Nina, with a focus on behaviour, communication and nervous-system regulation.
